Drive impactful pricing strategies as a Pricing Strategist with OpenAI. Collaborate across teams to shape frameworks and support growth in a dynamic, technology-focused environment.
In this strategic role, you will define pricing policies and frameworks tightly aligned with OpenAI's commercial goals. You'll partner with senior leaders in GTM and Finance to create effective pricing strategies for a sales-managed segment while overseeing critical pricing guardrails. This blend of strategic thinking and analytical skills will help refine the company’s monetization approach and commercial structures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop pricing frameworks guiding commercial decisions
• Design constructs to address customer needs
• Build discounting guardrails improving execution speed
• Collaborate with Sales, GTM Strategy, and Finance
Requirements:
• 6+ years in a strategy role; 3+ years in pricing
• Experience with enterprise software pricing models
• Strong quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex choices simply
