Key Responsibilities:
• Manage loan transactions from initial screening to approval
• Serve as primary client contact for underwriting issues

• Review and analyze loan due diligence materials
• Conduct market research and site visits independently
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of underwriting experience
• Expertise in Agency financing, particularly Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proven leadership and management experience
