The Senior Market Investment Executive (MIE) oversees the investment business expansion for high net worth clients. Leading a team of Portfolio Managers and Trust Officers, you will develop tailored investment strategies while ensuring compliance and risk management. Partnering with the Market Executive, your role is pivotal in enhancing the Client Management Process and promoting a culture of responsible growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop customized investment strategies for high net worth clients
• Oversee team performance and talent development
• Ensure compliance and proactive risk management practices
• Drive business integration for enhanced client experiences
• Foster an inclusive culture that champions diversity
Requirements:
• 7-10 years of investment management leadership experience
• Proven track record in client growth and retention
• Strong management and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred
• Ability to deliver high-touch client service
