What you’ll be doing…

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients to develop personalized financial plans.
• Proactively identify new opportunities for clients to optimize their financial well‑being.
• Educate customers by providing relevant insights and expert advice.
• Build comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help them achieve goals.
• Nurture strong, long‑standing client relationships.
• Develop, retain, and grow the business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.

• The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellence customer service.
• The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• In-depth understanding of retail banking products and services, including credit products, mortgages, and personal loans.
• Strong knowledge of mutual funds, including fund types, performance evaluation, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Mutual Funds License and progress toward the CIFP Diploma are considered assets but are not mandatory requirements for this role.
