Deposit Operations Technician at FCC

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review customer loan account payments

• Validate customer information and reconcile discrepancies

• Complete loan adjustments and maintenance requests

• Prepare accounting entries for cash and cheque deposits

• Respond to internal inquiries related to payments

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience

• Knowledge of payment processing and reconciliation

• Experience with financial systems and software

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Bilingual in English and French, proficient communication skills
