Position: Senior Financial Accountant at Blackline Safety

Reporting to the Director of Financial and Sustainability Reporting, this role involves working closely with the CFO and the VP of Accounting & Finance. As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will manage financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide insightful financial analysis. Your expertise in IFRS and advanced accounting software will be crucial in supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and management reports regularly

• Reconcile accounts; manage month-end and year-end close

• Assist with internal audits and optimize financial processes

• Collaborate with management on financial insights

• Maintain financial controls and support regulatory reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

• Minimum 5 years in corporate accounting and reporting

• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards

• CPA Designation is mandatory

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel
