Key Responsibilities:
• Manage loan documentation, underwriting, and closing efficiently
• Collaborate with teams to resolve mortgage file deficiencies
• Develop and implement training programs for staff
• Maintain service levels during peak processing times
• Ensure a positive customer experience in all interactions
Requirements:
• Law Clerk or Real Estate/Mortgage experience is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proven detail-oriented and focused in high-paced environments
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities
