Position: Trade Support Analyst for Commodities
Join RBC as a Trade Support Analyst focusing on Commodities in Calgary. Deliver first-line support for trade operations across a range of commodities including Oil, Gas, and Metals.

This is a full-time role aimed at ensuring accurate processing and reporting of trades on Openlink systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, managing trade validation, reconciliation, and risk analysis for trading desks in multiple time zones. Your proactive approach will help streamline processes and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough trade validation and reconciliation processes

• Monitor trade capture errors, ensuring effective resolutions

• Oversee Intraday and EOD processes to mitigate discrepancies

• Create and deliver client MTM statements punctually

• Develop technology tools to enhance trade validation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with a strong focus on accuracy

• High-level analytical and communication skills

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel required

• Familiarity with derivatives and trading terminology

• Previous experience in Capital Markets Operations is a plus
