Position: Financial Leadership Manager at Kenvue
Take charge of financial strategy with Kenvue as a Business Unit Finance Manager in Markham, Ontario. Engage in Trade Fund Management and team development while working in a hybrid environment.

As part of Kenvue's Canada Finance Leadership team, you will directly collaborate with key stakeholders like the Head of Brand Growth and VP of Sales. Your experience in financial analysis and strategic planning will guide business decisions and drive ROI optimization. This role focuses on managing and developing Senior Financial Analysts and supporting annual business and sales planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial leadership and analysis for key stakeholders

• Collaborate on annual forecasts and strategic business plans

• Manage month-end close processes and compliance reporting

• Lead enterprise initiatives and financial processes

• Mentor Senior Financial Analyst(s) for performance improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

• 5+ years in finance and accounting experience

• Knowledge of consumer packaged goods and financial compliance

• Proficient in Excel and SAP S/4

• Strong leadership and communication skills
