Join MUFG as an Associate specializing in Investor Services, where accuracy and customer interaction are key. You'll manage investor profiles and assist with financial transactions.
This role involves setting up and maintaining investor profiles, facilitating transactions, and assisting in FATCA/CRS service offerings. You'll prepare wire payments, fund activity reports, and respond to queries while promoting a positive team environment. Engage with various clients and internal departments to ensure high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain investor profiles and transaction integrity
• Organize wire payments and account transfers
• Prepare reports on fund activity for clients
• Handle queries from clients and fund managers
• Participate in team meetings, sharing information
Requirements:
• Degree in business or related experience preferred
• Relevant experience in financial services or asset management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office products
• Client service experience is advantageous
• Understanding of Investor Services processes
