Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fulfilling transactions on bankruptcies and proposals

• Approve or negotiate complex consumer lending solutions

• Address calls from clients and service partners

• Complete necessary risk assessments for transactions

• Resolve nuanced operational issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Over two years of collections expertise

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English

• Strong risk assessment and negotiation skills

• Efficient in a high-paced call center
