As a vital partner in the organization, you will focus on enhancing sales and gross margin through budgeting, forecasting, and insightful analysis. This role requires a strategic mindset, collaborating with various teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You will conduct variance analyses, model cost-saving initiatives, and present actionable insights to guide senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across teams to develop actionable sales and margin budgets

• Own gross margin analysis, including sales and cost of goods sold

• Conduct detailed variance analysis and identify key financial drivers

• Monitor results to provide insights into performance variances

• Support the budgeting cycle for gross margin across all levels

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance; CPA or CFA preferred

• 3-5 years of FP&A experience in a fast-paced setting

• Strong knowledge of financial fundamentals and acumen

• Expert proficiency in MS Excel

• Bilingual in English and French
