As a dedicated client support specialist, the Portfolio Administrator collaborates with Relationship Managers to enhance client interactions and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing portfolio administration tasks, executing business development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries
• Prepare client reports and correspondence promptly
• Support onboarding processes for new clients
• Implement strategies to improve client experience
• Manage compliance with banking regulations
Requirements:
• University degree in Business or Finance
• Minimum two years of related industry experience
• Proficient in relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Knowledge of Scotia Wealth products and services
