Director of Unsecured Lending at Questrade

Questrade Financial Group is searching for an experienced Director to shape the product strategy for unsecured lending. This key role emphasizes building scalable lending solutions, managing credit risk, and ensuring compliance within the Canadian financial landscape. You will enable the Product Experience team with robust APIs while overseeing the lending product's profitability and regulatory integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop multi-year roadmap for unsecured lending platforms

• Ensure commercial success and P&L performance of products

• Collaborate with risk teams for automated underwriting

• Maintain compliance with Canadian regulations and standards

• Mentor a team of Product Managers in lending technology

Requirements:

• 8+ years in product management, 4+ in backend lending

• Familiarity with Canadian credit and compliance requirements

• Strong understanding of API engineering and risk assessment

• Experience with lending platforms like Mambu or Turnkey Lender

• Ability to interface across technical and product teams
