In this position, you'll work within our Defined Benefits and Actuarial Services Consulting team, assessing financial health, conducting valuations, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should hold a relevant degree and have experience with MS Office tools. You’ll collaborate effectively with colleagues to analyze risks and public frameworks that affect pension sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate financial health of pension plans through regular valuations
• Ensure accurate calculation of pension benefits
• Assist sponsors in establishing sustainable contribution levels
• Participate in pension plan design enhancements
Requirements:
• Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail in data handling
