Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate referral relationships with builders and sales teams

• Interview clients and process mortgage applications accurately

• Attend industry events to develop network connections

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for mortgages

• Promote CIBC life insurance and mortgage disability options

Requirements:

• Minimum two years experience in lending and credit

• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes

• Proven relationship-building and networking skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site visits
