Take on the role of Wellness Supervisor at MUIR Hotel in Halifax. Enhance guest service by leading wellness interactions in a luxury hotel setting.
Reporting to the Wellness & Activities Manager, this mid-day shift position requires prior supervisory experience in hospitality. You'll be responsible for orienting guests with health club amenities and equipment while fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. This position is vital to MUIR’s exceptional service commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Instruct guests on the correct use of health club equipment
• Assist guests with orientation and hotel services
• Cover breaks for Wellness Receptionists when needed
• Report any equipment issues and ensure safety compliance
Requirements:
• Prior supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
• High school diploma or equivalent in a relevant field
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Genuine passion for guest service and hospitality
• Must be able to stand for the entirety of shifts
Supervise wellness initiatives and enhance guest interactions at MUIR Hotel.
