Your role is vital in ensuring total satisfaction within a bustling hotel environment.
As a Full-Time Ambassador, you will act as the primary contact for guests, addressing inquiries and enhancing their stay through knowledgeable service. This position requires at least two years of hotel experience and excellent communication skills to resolve issues and promote hotel facilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop knowledge of all hotel amenities and services
• Conduct pre-arrival calls and prepare for guest visits
• Arrange transportation, tours, and make event reservations
• Record and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Assist guests with luggage and check-in processes
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in hotel guest services
• Calm demeanor under pressure
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Proficient in organization and time management
