- Pay issued weekly ($18/hour)
- Guest Check‑In and Check‑Out – Efficiently manage the check in/out processes, verify guest information and process payments accurately.
- Greet all guests in a courteous and efficient manner upon arrival, address inquiries and requests promptly, and resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Reservations Management – Handle all reservations through various channels including phone, email and online booking systems. Confirm bookings, adjustments; and manage cancellations.
- Administrative Tasks – Perform clerical duties such as managing phone calls, maintaining guest records, and balancing cash and financial reports at the end of each shift.
- Work closely with housekeeping to ensure seamless service delivery and address guest needs.
- Prior Experience in hospitality or hotel front desk is an asset

- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Robust attention to detail
- Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment independently, with minimal supervision.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stretch, twist, and reach for extended periods
