In this pivotal role, you will manage reservations in Opera and prepare welcome packets for guests. Monitor room inventory to maximize revenue potential while coordinating closely with Housekeeping and Guest Reception. Your expertise will directly impact guest experiences by ensuring rooms are ready by the guaranteed check-in time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pre-register hotel guests and create welcome packets
• Monitor rooms’ inventory for optimal allocation
• Handle incoming calls and address guest requests
• Assign rooms a minimum of seven days prior
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Guest Reception teams
Requirements:
• High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s preferred
• Previous customer service or luxury hotel experience
• Strong English communication skills, verbal and written
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Problem-solving ability and knowledge of resort operations
