House Person, Prince of Wales Hotel

This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.

Staff Accommodations Available!

• Strip and remove used bedding from guest rooms efficiently and according to housekeeping standards
• Complete laundry runs to the off-site laundry facility using company vehicle
• Restock housekeeping closets and supply areas to ensure Room Attendants have the linens, amenities, and supplies needed throughout their shifts
• Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies, hallways, and public washrooms to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests
• Cleaning and sanitizing of rooms and common areas in hotels, lodges and cabins, including bathrooms, beds, desks, kitchenettes, floors and surfaces
• Thorough and timely cleaning
• Keeps record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisor
• Assists as needed with set up of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences and banquets
• Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed
• Support housekeeping operations as a flexible utility player capable of handling a variety of tasks and responsibilities

• Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License is required
• Willingness and ability to work solo and also as part of a team
• Committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
• Organized with a great eye for detail
• Kind to others and always bring your best
• A good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
• Helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile

Starting wage: $19.00/hour.
