Epic North is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Winter Tour Guide for the upcoming season from late August 2026 to March 31, 2027. This role involves leading nature interpretation tours, hosting Aurora Lounge experiences, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service while enjoying an unforgettable outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide sightseeing and driver guided tours in nature
• Conduct meet and greets at the airport and hotel
• Lead 4-5 Aurora viewing tours each week
• Set up and close down the Aurora Lounge
• Perform snow shoveling and property maintenance
Requirements:
• Valid Class 4 Driver's Licence is essential
• Previous guiding or customer service experience
• Current First Aid certification with CPR-C
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
