Position: MUIR Hotel CORE Reservations Specialist
Drive exceptional customer service as a CORE Reservations Specialist at MUIR Hotel, located at Halifax's scenic waterfront. Use your hospitality skills to enhance guest experiences and manage bookings efficiently.

Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance, this role involves processing reservations while collaborating with the Front Office team. The successful candidate will have a background in luxury hotels, exhibit strong organizational abilities, and provide a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include maintaining reservation accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process reservations from multiple sources

• Coordinate with Front Office for arrivals

• Keep accurate records of guest reservations

• Execute cancellation and modification requests

• Adhere to hotel policies and quality standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• 1-2 years in luxury hotel settings desired

• Familiarity with hotel management systems

• Strong time management and communication skills

• Knowledge of Halifax attractions beneficial
