Position: Dynamic Host for Murphy Hospitality Group
Join The Barrington Steakhouse & Oyster Bar as a Host, bringing your positivity and organization to enhance guest experiences at Murphy Hospitality Group. You’ll help create the ultimate maritime dining experience.

In this Host role, you will ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued as they enter the restaurant. Your responsibilities include booking reservations, seating guests efficiently, and managing flow in the dining area. A vibrant personality will ensure that guests leave with a desire to return.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome every guest as they arrive at the restaurant

• Seat guests in an organized and timely manner

• Book and manage reservations effectively

• Maintain an orderly flow of guests during service

• Support the service team with table cleanliness

Requirements:

• Outgoing and positive demeanor

• Strong skills in organization and relationship-building

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

• Previous experience in hosting or with POS systems is a plus
