Northwood is actively seeking a Housekeeper to join their Halifax team. Reporting to the Manager of Environmental Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring a pristine environment. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cleaning tasks across designated areas

• Handle garbage and recycling collection with care

• Execute floor and carpet maintenance per procedures

• Operate washers and dryers with precision

• Support laundry operations, including sorting and pressing linen

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade X or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years housekeeping experience

• Physical ability to lift and handle heavy items

• Consistent attendance and personal hygiene

• Familiarity with chemical safety protocols
