Become a vital part of the team as a Host at The Barrington Steakhouse & Oyster Bar with Murphy Hospitality Group.
Your role involves providing a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service to all guests.
As a Host, you will focus on creating a lasting impression right from the moment guests walk in. Your tasks include managing reservations, seating guests promptly, and ensuring a clean and organized dining experience. Collaborating with the restaurant team allows you to foster a safe, enjoyable environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and provide a warm welcome
• Timely seating and maintaining a positive ambiance
• Book, confirm, and manage guest reservations
• Ensure a seamless guest flow throughout service
• Clean and reset tables to prepare for new guests
Requirements:
• Positive attitude with strong organizational abilities
• Strong desire to build relationships with guests
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
• Experience as a host or knowledge of POS systems is advantageous
