Located in the vibrant Queen’s Marque district, MUIR Hotel seeks a friendly and attentive Wellness Receptionist. This role demands excellent customer service skills and attention to detail while managing guest inquiries, appointments, and facility operations. You will guide guests safely through our health club and ensure cleanliness throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests upon their arrival to the Wellness facility
• Provide information and assistance regarding services
• Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries
• Safely guide guests in using health club equipment
• Collaborate harmoniously with co-workers and management
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Sincere desire to ensure guest satisfaction
• Physically able to stand for duration of shifts
