In this role, you will perform critical tasks such as reconciling daily accounts, managing guest check-ins, and addressing guest inquiries throughout the night. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for hospitality and have a background in customer service or accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile daily hotel accounting and revenue collection
• Check guests in and out during night shifts
• Verify guest information and applicable discounts
• Post charges for room service, bar, and amenities
• Prepare daily revenue reports and address discrepancies
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of guest service experience in luxury settings
• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting background preferred
• Ability to work flexible night shifts
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Experience with hotel management systems is a plus
