• Open or close outlets and support weekly inventory activities
• Coordinate breaks, lunches, workflow, and personnel coverage
• Ensure franchise, company, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
• Support inventory, ordering, audits, promotions, and advertising
• Complete illness or injury reports when required

• One to two years of hospitality industry experience
• Minimum one year in an individual contributor or people leadership role
• Ability to work effectively supervised and unsupervised
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Ability to adapt to changing environments
