You will be pivotal in overseeing employee relations, providing strategic insights on HR policies and workplace conflict. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in HR or similar field
• 5-8 years in HR with employee relations focus
• Leadership experience of 1-3 years
• CPHR considered advantageous
• Strong influencing and communication abilities
