As an Early Careers Development Specialist at Babcock, you will be instrumental in full cycle recruiting, sourcing talent for various critical roles. Your engagement with HRBPs and hiring managers will ensure you understand recruitment needs and deliver effective strategies for talent acquisition. This role emphasizes collaboration and project management to meet hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full cycle recruitment for diverse roles
• Collaborate with HRBP to define recruitment strategies
• Utilize Success Factors and Linked In for candidate sourcing
• Conduct pre‑screen interviews to assess candidacies
• Ensure compliance in selection processes and documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment
• Fluent in English;
French language skills are useful
• Educational background in Human Resources or related fields
• CHRP or Registered Professional Recruiter designation preferred
• Proven ability in project management and teamwork
