Join Right Traffic, LLC as a Detail-Oriented Payroll Clerk, responsible for overseeing payroll operations. Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for a robust and diverse employee group.
As a fast-growing leader in traffic control, Right Traffic, LLC needs an experienced Payroll Clerk with at least one year in payroll administration. Key functions include ensuring accuracy in employee records, managing payroll-related benefits, and preparing tax returns. Staying updated on payroll laws is vital to successfully carry out these tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately for employees
• Ensure proper management of new hires and terminations
• Administer various payroll benefits including health and 401K
• Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve issues
• Prepare and file year-end payroll tax returns
Requirements:
• Over 1 year of payroll administration experience
• Familiarity with payroll regulations
• Proficient in payroll software like Payworks or ADP
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
