Become a Complex Payroll Expert at HUB International, focusing on Canadian full-cycle payroll and statutory compliance. Utilize your knowledge of Workday and ADP to drive payroll efficiency and accuracy.

As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you'll lead the payroll process from settlement to reconciliation, ensuring adherence to payroll legislation and fulfilling year-end filing requirements. This role involves mentoring team members and engaging with various stakeholders, including HR and Finance, to manage payroll challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of assigned pay groups' payroll

• Conduct reconciliations with CRA and related agencies

• Monitor payroll audits and report discrepancies

• Manage year-end T4/RL-1 filing processes

• Provide training and support for junior payroll staff

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of full-cycle payroll experience

• PCP Certification required; in progress preferred

• Well-versed in Workday and ADP Smart Compliance

• Strong Excel capabilities for data tracking

• Familiar with multi-jurisdictional payroll laws
