Supply Ontario is on the lookout for a seasoned HR leader to join their team. This position requires at least ten years of senior-level experience in a complex, multi-union environment. You will oversee the implementation of employee and labour relations programs, guide collective bargaining processes, and support occupational health services to promote employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure oversight of ELR/OHS policies and corporate compliance
• Lead collective bargaining and serve as a subject matter expert
• Manage health and well‑being initiatives and occupational health services
• Collaborate with the Chief Human Resources Officer on operational plans
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and legal counsel
Requirements:
• Degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, or related fields
• CHRL designation is an asset
• Minimum of 10 years in a complex multi-union environment
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
