This key role requires a blend of strategic insight and hands-on involvement in HR practices, enhancing both workplace culture and operational effectiveness. Ideal candidates will enjoy flexibility while driving meaningful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise the CEO and leadership on HR matters

• Enhance performance management and leadership support

• Handle employee relations with expertise

• Review policies and drive HR process improvements

• Lead culture and engagement initiatives within the organization

Requirements:

• Extensive HR experience, with generalist background

• Judicious, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent

• Solid foundation in employee relations and performance strategies

• Experience working collaboratively in a small team

• CPHR or equivalent is an asset
