We invite experts in SAP Success Factors, especially Employee Central, to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) team. This senior analyst position involves providing end-to-end support, managing incident tickets, and configuring workflows effectively. You will be instrumental in optimizing HR solutions while ensuring data consistency and system stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end support for SAP Success Factors solutions

• Oversee incident and service request lifecycle management

• Configure and maintain Employee Central workflows and permissions

• Assist with data imports and integration monitoring

• Conduct health checks and validate system stability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 3+ years working with SAP Success Factors Employee Central

• Familiarity with AMS or HRIS support environments

• Expertise in configuration and data management

• Certification in SAP Success Factors preferred
