Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the full recruiting process, including interviews
• Communicate candidate status updates promptly via ATS
• Participate in and coordinate recruitment events
• Help with onboarding and addressing new hire questions
• Maintain strong internal partnerships for recruitment success
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in an office providing support
• Post-secondary degree in HR, business, or related field
• Strong customer interaction skills through calls or meetings
• Proficient communication, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ATS applications
