As an HR professional, you will manage the operational aspects of HR, partnering with leaders to implement strategies that drive performance and employee satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who has extensive HR experience and is adept at navigating the complexities of a multi-site healthcare environment while promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate HR strategies into actionable plans

• Mentor and lead teams of HR Generalists

• Lead talent acquisition and onboarding activities

• Handle employee relations and compliance matters

• Analyze key HR metrics for reporting and insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

• 5+ years in HR, preferably in a generalist capacity

• Background in clinical HR management is a plus

• CPHR designation is an asset

• Excellent communication and coaching abilities
