• Maintain a pipeline of candidates to meet business needs
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in high-volume recruitment experience
• Strong full-cycle recruitment and candidate management skills
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced role
