In this fully on-site position, you will report to the HR team and be responsible for processing semi-monthly payroll.
Your role is crucial during a transition period, ensuring compliance with Canadian payroll legislation and maintaining precise payroll records. This position is ideal for those with experience in Canadian payroll and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process semi-monthly payroll for about 200 employees
• Maintain accurate records for earnings and deductions
• Handle employee changes including new hires and terminations
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation in Canada
• Resolve discrepancies in payroll reports
Requirements:
• Over 2 years of experience in Canadian payroll
• Proficient with ADP Workforce Now
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance
• PCP designation is an asset
• Effective communication and organizational skills
Utilize your payroll expertise and attention to detail to support the HR team and help maintain payroll accuracy.
