Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end recruitment, including interviews
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires at PES
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
• Collect and assess feedback to enhance workplace morale
• Handle HR inquiries and provide administrative support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields
• Minimum of 2 years in an HR role
• Strong interest and knowledge in HR practices
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Professional handling of confidential information
