Your role as Case Manager will include managing the process for short and long-term disability absences. You will conduct assessments and develop customized return to work plans while maintaining communication with colleagues and external partners. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee case management of disability absences
• Develop and modify return to work strategies
• Perform structured interviews for functional assessment
• Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders
• Liaise with health care professionals and insurers
Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in disability management or related sectors
• Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, Psychology, or a related field
• Certification in Disability Management is a plus
• Strong organization and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
