Take charge of compensation excellence with Lock Search Group as the North America Compensation Strategy Director. This full-time position involves executive compensation strategy for a Private Equity firm.
In this critical role, you will guide the design and execution of compensation strategies for North America, covering both USA and Canada. With 5-8 years of relevant experience, you'll oversee diversity in compensation programs while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead a passionate team while working closely with senior leadership to drive forward-thinking compensation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of North American compensation programs
• Design and oversee executive and broad-based compensation
• Manage equity compensation structures like RSUs and stock options
• Support Board Compensation Committee meetings and materials
• Supervise annual bonus and merit compensation processes
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of experience in Compensation leadership
• Experienced with NASDAQ and TSX firms
• Proven background in designing executive compensation
• Strong leadership in compensation committee settings
• PhD in Human Resources or equivalent expertise
