Elevate payroll operations as an Experienced Payroll Specialist in a global organization undergoing significant transformation. Focus on high-volume payroll management across Canada and the U.S.
This position requires a Payroll Specialist skilled in ADP Workforce Now and payroll compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring timely payroll execution while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy. This role also involves collaborating with HR and resolving employee inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute bi-weekly payroll processing for Canada and U.S.
• Ensure accuracy in payroll data and reconciliations
• Assist with year-end reporting requirements
• Communicate with HR on employee changes and special payments
• Drive continuous improvement and support payroll projects
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of Canadian payroll experience; 1+ year in U.S.
• Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and complex payroll systems
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments like Mining or Manufacturing
• Strong organizational skills and proactive attitude
• Post-secondary education preferred; PCP/PLP certification is a plus
