As a key member of our HR team, you'll implement multiple talent programs including onboarding, mentoring, and employee engagement initiatives.

Your role will involve resolving HR queries, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws. Contribute to our commitment to employee well-being and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement global talent programs for effective onboarding

• Advise employees on policies and procedures

• Manage benefits renewal process and issue escalation

• Support payroll accuracy and data integrity

• Facilitate full-cycle recruitment for key positions

Requirements:

• 4+ years of HR experience, with full-cycle recruiting

• Comprehensive knowledge of NA labor laws

• Excellent organizational capabilities for multitasking

• Experience with HRIS and ATS tools

• Bachelor's degree in HR or similar field
