Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 8+ years in compensation analysis with a bachelor’s degree

• Strong experience in market analytics and benchmarks

• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and modeling

• Excellent consultative and communication skills

• Knowledge of compensation regulations and best practices
