In this position within the People & Culture Department, you focus on accurate payroll administration, compliance, and strong employee engagement. You will manage various compensation functions, including Group Insurance Plans and ensure all HR initiatives are effectively communicated, impacting over 383,000 community members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer payroll information in the HR system

• Ensure confidentiality and data integrity in processes

• Oversee administration of Group Benefits and Pension plans

• Build relationships with employees across various levels

• Deliver HR programs and initiatives efficiently

Requirements:

• University degree related to compensation and benefits

• Ideally possess PLP designation or willingness to acquire

• Two years of experience in a unionized environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis

• Must pass background checks and possible pre-employment testing
