Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough investigations into workplace complaints

• Manage intake, interviews, and resolution processes

• Engage with stakeholders regarding findings and recommendations

• Maintain compliance with relevant human rights legislation

• Develop and deliver training on workplace ethics

Requirements:

• Degree in Law, Human Rights, or related field

• Proven experience in workplace investigations

• Knowledge of Ontario Human Rights Code

• Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to navigate a unionized environment
