Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles.

About the role  Through the development of strong partnerships with managers and employees, the HR Consultant will provide support and guidance on matters pertaining to performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, change management, compensation, benefits, training and development, and respect in the workplace. In addition to the consulting responsibilities, the incumbent will be expected to lead or participate in projects or initiatives related to various HR objectives.
