This permanent position is pivotal in assisting the government’s human resources strategy. You will collaborate with HR and various departments to design compensation plans that meet the needs of the evolving workforce. Providing analytical and advisory support allows you to contribute meaningfully to public service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design evidence-based compensation solutions for clients
• Lead comprehensive compensation review projects
• Develop analysis and recommendations for senior staff
• Conduct market research and surveys for compensation data
• Utilize HR and workforce data to enhance compensation plans
Requirements:
• University degree in a related discipline
• Minimum three years’ experience in compensation management
• Strong analytical, research, and data analysis skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and compensation principles
• Willingness to pursue Certified Compensation Professional certification
